Colias mongola Alpheraky, 1897. (= Colias coccandica mongola; = Colias nastes mongola).

Range: Central and SE Altai Mts., Tuva, the southern Baikal area, Mongolia.

Ssp: mongola Alpheraky, 1897 - monotypical.

A female, wings closed, on Oxytropis alpina.

A tundro-steppe landscapes at Lake Tarkhattinskoe, 2350 m above sea level, S of the junction of Yuzhno-Chuiiskii and Sailyugem mountain ranges, Kosh-Agach District, Altai Republic, West Siberia, Russia. 9th July 1998. O. Kosterin.
