An East Palaearctic species ranging west to Altai, the northernmost calopterygid damselfly (reaches 60oN at the Podkamennaya Tunguska River

Two males

Russia, West Siberia, Kemerovo Province, piedmonts of the Gornaya Shoria Mt., willow bushes on the Bol'shoi Tesh River right bank 2 km upstream of its junction with the Malyi Tesh, 6 km NEE of Kuzedeevo village. 29th July 1996.
