Erebia pandrose (Borkhausen, 1788) - Dewy Ringlet.

Range: the Alps, Balkans, Fennoscandia, the mountains of S Siberia and N Mongolia from Altai to Baikal.

ssp.: yernikensis Korshunov, 1995 (pro orientalis Goltz, 1930, homonym); range: S Siberia.

Wings closed.

A dwarf birch (Betula rotundifolia Spach.)/Kobresia myosuroides (Vill.) Fiori et Paol. montane tundra at 2200 m above sea level in the Argem (Direntai) Stream basin, 15 km W of the village Dzhazatr, on the eastern spurs of the Katunskiy Mt. Range, Kosh-Agach District, Central Altai Mts., West Siberia, Russia. 13th July, 1988. Oleg Kosterin.
