Betula rotundifolia Spach - Round-leaved Dwarf Birch - is a low shrub forming wast dwarf birch mountain tundras ('erniks') in the Altai-Sayan Mountain System. It is either a species or a subspecies of the Arctic Dwarf Birch Betula nana L.
