Clossiana frigga (Becklin in Thunberg, 1791) (= Boloria frigga) - Frigga's Fritillary.

This species always lives in moist habitats, such as raised bogs, peat-moss open woodland, tundras, including analogous biotopes in the mountains. In the Altai Mts. it is found usualy above 2000 m on vary damp, boggy patches among apline meadows and tundras.

Range: The tundra, forest-tundra and northern forest zones of Eurasia and adjacent mountain countries south to Tarbagatai, Mongolia and Sikhote-Alin', the northern Sakhalin.
