Heodes virgaureae (Linnaeus, 1758) (= Lycaena virgaureae) - Scarce Copper.

Range: the temperate Euroasia north to the middle taiga zone.

ssp.: virgaureola (Staudinger, 1892) (= mongolica (Kurenzov, 1970)); range: the southern Central SIberia, Mongolia, Transbaikalia.

wings closed.
