Swamp in taiga, larch (Larix sibirica Ledeb.) , spruce (Picea obovata Ledeb.), and Siberian stone pine (Pinus sibirica Du Tour).
At the mouth of the Azas River into Lake Azas in Todzha Intermontane Hollow in the NE part of Tyva Republic (Tuva), being the catchment of the Bii-Khem or Great Enisei River.
